🧾 Zumplus Refund& Return Policy

At Zumplus, your satisfaction is our toppriority. We strive to deliver fresh, high-quality groceries, fruits,vegetables, and household essentials every time.
If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.


🥬 1. Items Eligible forRefund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement inthe following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Missing items in your order
  • Expired or spoiled products received

Refunds or replacements are approved after verification.


2. Time Limit to Raise aRequest

Please raise any issue within 72 hours of delivery throughthe Zumplus app or by contacting our support team.

Requests made after 72 hours may not be eligible for refundor replacement.


📦 3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannotbe returned:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Dairy and frozen products
  • Opened or partially used packaged goods

However, you may still request a refund ifthese items are received in poor condition or are expired/damaged.


💳 4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • To your original payment method (for online payments), or
  • As Zumplus Wallet credit (for Cash on Delivery orders).

Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 businessdays after approval.


🛒 5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched fromthe store or warehouse.
If the order is already out for delivery, it may not be eligible forcancellation.


📸 6. Proof Required

To ensure smooth processing, please share clearphotos or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect items whileraising your refund/replacement request.


📞 7. How to Request aRefund

  1. Open the Zumplus app or website
  2. Go to “My Orders”
  3. Select the order and click “Report an Issue” or “Request Refund”
  4. Upload required photos (if applicable)
  5. Our team will verify and process your request
